How to make a ‘goodbye’ to your family and friends at Campbell Clinic clinic

Campbell Clinics, the largest chain of doctor-owned clinics in the US, has announced plans to shutter their largest facility in Chicago, in an effort to trim costs.
The Chicago Clinic announced it is closing its facilities in Logan Square and Rockford, which are currently the only locations in the city.
The move comes just a week after it announced plans for a new location in Rockford.
The closure of the Rockford facility follows a similar move at the clinic in New York City, which also closed.
“We have been focused on consolidating operations to ensure we can provide the best care to our patients,” the company wrote in a statement.
“Campbell Clinic has a strong focus on reducing our costs while supporting the patients and communities in which we serve.”
The move follows the company’s announcement last week that it was reducing its workforce by almost 50%.
In February, the company announced plans in conjunction with a state-backed investment group to shut down its three Chicago clinics by 2018.
The new plan comes just three weeks after the company closed its Logan Square clinic in order to slash costs.
According to the company, the closures will mean a 30% reduction in patient visits and an additional 20% reduction from the number of clinics in Chicago.
